The bullet- or grenade shape is maybe one of the most made shapes in the metal industry, in the bullet vases it’s function is a more peaceful one, at the same time being, austere, well proportioned and ecstatically perfect.

The design of the flange, funnel and bullet vases are inspired by industrial machine parts, parts that are not particularly designed for its beauty but for its function, Egbert Jan intrepids this industrial language of the engineer and uses it in everyday object, a new kind of industrial poetry appears.
